The objective of this training program is for all personnel to learn about products and topics of interest in greater detail. Training is conducted once a month, on Mondays.

A diagnostic test is performed before the training begins. Then the presentation begins and throughout the presentation of the topic, the test is solved. At the end, the speaker discusses, the results are verified and if doubts persist, they are clarified. Once this part is concluded, the same test is performed again and we can see the degree of knowledge acquired, which up to now has been phenomenal. We have tried to make it a pressure-free environment where everyone has the right to give their opinion, think and bring experiences already lived. At the end, each employee’s file contains the hours spent in training, plus the evidence of the final test.
